His power is empathic mimicry, which means he can copy the powers of the people around him, and once he learns how to use them, replicate them at anytime.

IN CAMP Peter will have the powers in the first list, and depending on how stuff works out I might give him the ones he gets in canon. Also, if your character has a power and you're cool with it PETER WILL GET IT probably only for as long as you're standing close to him. MEANING, if you're an empath you'll read his emotions and he'll read yours, if you're IL PALAZZO he'll get THE ROPE. RETARDED POWERS ARE AWESOME. I THINK THIS COULD BE HILARIOUS AND WANT EVERYONE TO HAVE FUN WITH IT.
